- Di wadah lain mixer putih telur dan air jeruk nipis hingga berbusa. Tambahkan sisa gula pasir sedikit demi sedikit. Mix hingga kaku. (Dibalik adonantidak tumpah).
- Kemudian masukkan adonan putih telur ke adonan kuning telur secara bertahap. Saya 3x. Sambil diaduk balik. Biar aman saya pake whisk untuk aduk balik adonan. Lakukan hingga adonan putih telur habis dan tercampur rata dengan adonan kuning telur..
- Masukkan adonan kedalam cup. Sebanyak 3/4 cup saja. Kemudian panggang selama 25-30 menit suhu 160decel. *kenali oven masing" yah..
- Setelah matang, tunggu cupcake hingga suhu ruang. Lalu lubangi tengahnya dengan sumpit, kemudian beri vla vanila, selai atau butter creme. Sesuai selera. Terus taburi dengan gula tepung. (Kebetulan saya ngga pake isian, jadi hanya saya tabur choco chips/almond saat mau manggang) baru saya tabur dengan gula tepung, setelah suhu ruang..
